1. Legal Entity & Application

These Terms of Service govern your enrollment and participation in vocational, healthcare, management, and technical programs offered by EDUGLIMPSE ACADEMY LLP, having its registered office at:

2. Fee Payments & Refund Policy

  • Accepted Payment Modes: Fees may be remitted via verified online payment gateways, official bank transfers, or in-person at our physical admissions office.
  • Registration Fee 3-Day Window: A student may request a full refund of their initial registration fee strictly within 3 calendar days of payment.
  • Institute-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that a batch or course is cancelled due to administrative or institutional constraints, the refund process will be initiated within 7 days, and funds will be credited to the student's original payment method within 15 business days.
  • Midway Discontinuation: If a student discontinues a course midway, all paid fees are strictly non-refundable. The student must formally submit an admission withdrawal notification in writing.
  • Unexcused Absence / Dormancy: If a student remains inactive with zero communication for 30 consecutive days, their admission will be permanently auto-cancelled without any eligibility for a fee refund or transfer.

3. Attendance & Practical Internship Training

  • Mandatory Attendance: A minimum of 80% attendance across both theory lectures and laboratory sessions is mandatory to qualify for examinations and certifications.
  • Practical & Clinical Exposure: Practical and clinical training venues (including healthcare ward training, CAD project labs, or corporate internship desks) are designated at the sole discretion of the institute. Sessions may be hosted on-campus or with affiliated external hospitals, healthcare centres, or enterprise facilities.

4. Assessments & Certificate Issuance

  • Examinations may be conducted in online or offline formats as determined by the respective governing certification body or academic board.
  • Official completion certificates and mark sheets are processed and issued within 45 working days following the verified publication of exam results.

5. 100% Placement Assistance Policy

Placement Assistance Disclaimer:

EduGlimpse Academy LLP provides 100% Placement Assistance (including interview coordination, resume enhancement, career guidance, and recruitment drives). We do not guarantee an unconditional job offer, as final selection rests exclusively with the recruiting employers and candidate interview performance.

To maintain eligibility for placement assistance, candidates must meet all the following criteria:

  1. Complete 100% of all agreed course fees without pending dues.
  2. Successfully attempt and pass all requisite internal and board examinations.
  3. Complete all practical/clinical training hours and submit required project records.
  4. Maintain a minimum attendance record of at least 80%.
  5. Demonstrate professional conduct. Any disciplinary violation, misconduct, or behavioral infraction that impacts the reputation of EduGlimpse or its training/hiring partners will result in the immediate forfeiture of placement support.
